The Survey

Receive online access to the OPTIC™ assessment for all staff.

The Report

After all staff have completed the survey, a comprehensive OPTIC™ report will be provided detailing your organization’s results.

Coaching

Your organization will receive one coaching session (one hour) to review your report. Your coach will discuss a plan of action for organizational change.

How many people are included in the price?

The OPTIC™ can accommodate up to 300 staff for the original price. If your organization is larger than that and you would like to purchase the OPTIC™ please contact us at info@creatingpresence.net.

What if my organization needs more than one coaching session?

The OPTIC™ is designed to be a low-cost introduction to our program. It is expected that you would need more than one hour of coaching. We suggest upgrading your organization to our FOCUS™ program or our Creating Presence program in order to fully meet the needs of your organization.
