Here's what's included in the FOCUS™

The OPTIC™ Survey

All staff in your organization will receive online access to the OPTIC™ survey.

Plan of Action

Using the results of your survey, our coaches will work with your team to develop an intervention plan to address a needed area of support in your organization.

Coaching

The FOCUS™ program includes five coaching sessions, with the option for add-on sessions at an additional rate per session.

FAQs

How is the FOCUS™ different from the OPTIC™?

The FOCUS™ is designed to directly address an area for improvement in your organization by working with a trained coach to help you make the necessary changes for growth. The OPTIC™ is designed to provide an overview of your organizational culture, but will not provide you with repeated access to and support from our coaches.

Does the FOCUS™ require a contract?

No. While we can certainly provide one, we offer a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the FOCUS™ program.

How many people are included in the FOCUS™?

The FOCUS™ program accommodates up to 50 people for the original price. Should you wish to include more staff, contact us at info@creatingpresence.net to speak about your needs. We do our best to accommodate all organization sizes at affordable rates.

What is the cost of the program?

The FOCUS™ costs $7,900. If you are transferring from the OPTIC™ program, we offer the FOCUS™ at a reduced rate.
