Creating Presence is an online organizational trauma certification.

We help organizations emerge as trauma informed, trauma responsive, and trauma resilient by focusing on their organizational culture.

Our program is being used by organizations and systems around the globe to address the negative impact of toxic stress in our professional communities and its subsequent impact on our social environments.

Here's what's included in the Creating Presence certification program

The OPTIC™ Survey

The OPTIC™ survey will be utilized at the beginning and end of your PRESENCE training.

Specialized Tracks

After the Introductory Track, the coursework is divided into four separate tracks based on the four typical functioning categories of people working in health, mental health, and social service organizations: Leadership, Clinical, Direct Service, and Indirect Service.

Online Access

All participants will receive full online access to the PRESENCE training, including all videos, presentations, handouts, and exercises.

Coaching

Each organization is assigned a trained PRESENCE coach who will guide your organization through the training process from start to finish.

Trauma Certification

The culmination of your PRESENCE training is an organization-wide trauma certification.

Community of Practice

As a certified PRESENCE organization, you will receive full access to all benefits of our Community of Practice membership.

FAQs

How long does the PRESENCE program take to implement?

Your organization is given 12 months to go through the program. After that time, you are welcomed into our Community of Practice for a yearly subscription fee. Please see our Community of Practice page to learn more.

What is the cost of the PRESENCE program?

The base model is $36,000 for the entire program, which includes all videos, power points, handouts, and regular coaching sessions with a PRESENCE consultant.

How does certification work?

Organizations develop a portfolio to document their change process while implementing Creating Presence knowledge and skills. The portfolio is presented for certification upon the organization’s completion of the program.

Can we request additional coaching sessions if needed?

Yes. We can custom design a coaching process according to the needs of your staff or organization.

Can I purchase the program as an individual?

Yes, we encourage you to take the introductory track before the role track of your choice. Please see below for a link to purchase our program as an individual.
